Large 10.5x13.5 folio with 8 pages including covers. Titled "What's The Matter With Uncle Sam" with words/music by Mrs. Chas. H. Toby of NH. The lyric that most relates to front cover art/text reads: "He'll Own The Trust, If We Say He Must, He'll Dig The Mines, And Abolish Wines, He'll Launch The Float For The Women's Vote, And We'll Think We're Up In The Nines".
