Item Description
3" long wooden egg w/text " "Mabley & Carew, Shoes, Clothing, Hats Cincinnati." Release lever at bottom triggers a flat brass rooster w/text "I Crow For Harrison And." Some faint writing including "1888" on reverse and a less than 1" long by 1/16" wide area of missing paint at the extreme right edge. Otherwise only light overall paint wear and a few spots of toning to the brass. Fine. These are notoriously hard to find in nice condition with the majority not functioning and having extensive paint chipping. The present example is among the best we've encountered.
