Item Description
2.25x7.25" on light pink silk. Loss at top affecting text "Democratic Candidates" and a less than .5x.25" area of loss at top right. Tiny 1/8" chip right of Breckinridge on the edge and faint light brown toning at bottom left. Graduated fraying at bottom from .25 to .75." VG. The portraits are unaffected by these issues remaining sharp and bold. A rare jugate ribbon that is one of only two listed varieties in Sullivan/Fischer.
