"Jim Craig - State Trooper And The Kidnapped Governor" is Whitman #1466, ©1938 Stephen Slesinger. BLB features alternating text pages and single panel pictures. Story by Steve Saxton. Art by Herbert Anderson. Both w/minor cover wear from handling over the years, but still high grade file copies and never fully opened.
