2.5x5.75x9.5" tall hand-painted figural bank. When lever is moved, O'Neill's arm holding gavel taps coin into Reagan's head. Cast into back plate reads "Commemorating The Great Political Feud Between President Ronald Reagan And Speaker Of The House 'Tip' O'Neill/©1983 Miley's Inc." Has original aluminum trap. Comes w/2.75x4" fold-over manufacturer's tag titled "Those Wonderful Mechanical Banks." Inside gives brief history of mechanical banks and explains designer manufacture of the bank. Last of two we acquired. First offered exceeded $400. Mint as made.
