Item Description
9x13x2" deep paper-covered wood hinged-lid box contains smaller 1911 magic set by Mysto Mfg. Co. Lid features great label showing boy reading "Magic" book, w/winged devil holding skull that beams light onto pages. Sphinx and four other, smaller devils can be seen, two of the small devils whispering into the boy's ears. Underside of lid has same illustration as lid. Box has some edge/corner tip wear w/splits to surface paper along edges. Inside of box bottom has .75x1.25" stain. Main panel of lid has 1" puncture line. VG/Fine overall. Contents appear complete and come w/"Mysto Magic" magic trick order catalog and folded illustrated instruction sheet. Tricks include - "Marble Vase, Chinese Coin, Mysterious Discs, Ring And Block, Grandma's Beads." Scattered lt. wear but VF/Exc. overall. Barry Lutsky Collection.
