Item Description
4.75x11x.75" deep tin litho case w/hinged lid contains set of 67 corkscrew and oxblood marbles and eight shooters measuring 5/8" to .75". Akro Agate Co. 1930s. Tin lid features great scene of children shooting marbles and has "Akro Agates" logo. Tin has some scattered wear in the form of small paint nicks/scratches and a few minor indents to lid. .5x1" area of aging to lid as well. VG/Fine overall. In addition to mentioned marbles, set also comes w/"1931 Marble Tournament Rules" folder and nice suede "Akro Agates" drawstring marble bag. Folder has moderate scattered aging and some handling wear. VG. Bag has one small spot of faint staining and is o/w Exc. Marbles are NM.
