Item Description
DC Comics. 2003. The figure series is based on the 1996 four issue comic story mini-series published under DC's Elseworlds banner. A potentially apocalyptic future story of traditional super-heroes dealing with an amoral generation of new vigilante heroes threatening the existence of the world with Batman in the middle and Lex Luthor plucking the strings of destruction. Tim Bruckner brings Alex Ross's paintings and sketches to life in his 3-D sculpts. The lot contains a one of a kind original Master Wax 1 to 1 size 1" tall head sculpt with neck on brass rod with custom purple cast resin base signed by the artist. The Master Wax sculpt has incredible detail surpassing any castings. Also in lot is a 6" tall one-piece translucent red resin complete head and body cast having the appearance of the produced figure. The Flash was a Series 3 figure. Both pieces are NM as produced during the creative process and any defects are part of that process.
