Item Description
Marvel Comics. Toybiz 2000. Figures were based on the first theatrical X-Men film. The lot contains a one of a kind original Master Wax and resin 2 up size, 2" tall head sculpt mounted to a custom purple cast resin base signed by the artist. The wax sculpt has incredible details surpassing any castings of the produced 6" figure. This example is a cast resin head with wax helmet sculpt and comes with a resin full head and neck post without helmet as well. The sculpt is of Magneto as played by Ian McKellen and there is no mistaking the likeness. Pieces are NM as produced during the creative process and any defects are part of that process. Also comes with photocopies that were used as photo reference for sculpting. From the archives of sculptor extraordinaire Tim Bruckner and comes with COA.
