6x7.5" in booklet format w/eight pages. Card has silhouette Pinocchio image on front. Choice illustrations inside of Pinocchio characters along w/their facsimile signatures. Inside front cover has facsimile signatures of Disney Studio staff, inside back cover includes silhouette images/signatures of Mickey and Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Goofy and Pluto.
