Item Description
9.5" tall jigsawed wood covered by green flocking w/same silk-screened image of Joe Carioca on each side. Maker is unknown though clearly a licensed item due to markings. © Walt Disney Productions. Produced during the 1940s, the height of the character's popularity after appearing in Disney's "Salutos Amigos" and "The Three Caballeros." Original pull string remains attached. Scattered edge wear to flocking w/small corner tip off tail feather. Still displays VF overall. Rare and one of only a few examples we've seen in our 50 years.
