2.5x3.25" on thin paper w/blank back. Unlisted in Ackerman/Mann. Large eagle w/rays emanating in the background at top. "Democratic Republican Nomination For The Presidency Martin Van Buren Of New York And A Constitutional Treasury For Vice President Col. R. M. Johnson Of Kentucky" w/list of electors below.  Pin holes in each corner and reverse has glue residue from scrap book mounting that is visible from front along edges. Good. Rare.
