12-3/8x19" card stock poster produced by "Voter Education Project Inc." 1970. Art by Kofi Bailey depicts African American hands picking cotton and submitting a ballot. Additional text at bottom reads "Register And Vote!" Several 1" to 4" stress lines in lower right margin and a 3" diagonal crease at top left corner. Otherwise handling wear and minor toning. VG.
