Item Description
10.5" long by 8" tall counting mounting posts. This is the larger of two sizes made by L. W. Lee Mfg. Co. c. 1946. This solid cast metal ornament was produced in a smaller size of 5.5" long by 6" tall in silver (see following item #1897) or gold luster (see following item #1898). This large size was made in silver luster only. Great action pose of him taking off for flight w/cape flowing behind. Figure has tiny traces of aging/wear including two tiny spots of pitting on outstretched hand, but most luster remains and figure displays bright and clean. VF. Franco Toscanini Collection.
