1.75" with W&H paper used for one day Confederate soldiers monument dedication (5/31/1911) in Culpeper County, VA. by the "A.P.Hill Camp" named after General A.P. Hill, born in Culpeper, and leader of the Third Corps of Lee's Army of the Potomac at Gettysburg. Couple pinpoint surface rubs barely show. Rare and NM.
