Item Description
First is 1.25" double-sided cello charm from 1898. Curl names W&H as maker but back names "H.M. Rosenblatt & Co. New York-Phila-Chicago" with slogan "Wait For Me On Leather, Opal And Celluloid Goods." From shows eagle over-printed with long list of problems that this charm will cure if carried. Problems include bald heads, bicycle face (probably sun burn), war craze, delirium tremens and punctured tires. First example seen from this advertiser. VF. Next is 3-1/8" two blade pocket knife with identical cello grips naming Phila. firm "Victor Beffa/Advertising Specialities." Carries 1915 patent date. Small oxidation on very top edge of each blade.
