Item Description
1.25" without maker name, but almost certainly W&H and with "Made in U.S.A." on curl. Back paper reads "Dewar's Perth Whisky". Slight oxidation on collet. John Dewar made his own whisky in Perth, Scotland as early as 1846. Scene shows dapper young Scotsman seated at table, bottle in hand, with three surrounding men in Scottish clothing from earlier eras all reaching for the bottle beneath text "The Whisky Of His Forefathers/Dewars" with text at bottom "John Dewar & Sons , Ltd. Distillers".  Tiny dark brown age mark on edge at 10 o'clock, with all else glossy and Exc. Only example known to us.
