Item Description
4x9.75x1.5" deep box w/clear plastic lid contains 2" dia. chrome case pocket watch attached to oversized 1.5" wide leather band so it could also be worn as a wristwatch. Photorific Products Inc. c. 1972. This company produced an extensive series of watches for comic character, personalities and more; all in this style (which could be used as a "Giant! Wrist Watch, Pendant Watch, Or Belt Watch" as per included tag). Tag also notes issue price of $16. Comes w/metal link chain under flocked insert. Choice dial illustration depicts Hollywood starlet Jean Harlow along w/her facsimile signature. Plastic box lid has large split at lower left corner/bottom side panel w/tape repair. Generic box bottom w/flocked insert has color rubs around edges/corners. VG to Fine overall. Watch is unused and running. NM. Scarce.
