Item Description
1-3/8x1-3/8" watch that is part of a rare Hanna-Barbera character series of watches produced in Japan solely for the Japanese market in 1964, selling for original issue price of ¥4,000. Series also included a different Yogi Bear watch as well as Quick Draw McGraw and two different watches featuring Top Cat. Dial features nice image of Yogi Bear w/Boo Boo w/"Let's Enjoy Life!" text. Tiny Hanna-Barbera Productions, Inc. copyright along rim. Unusual catalin-like plastic octagonal case. Second hand has four-leaf clover tip. Original bands have surface cracks and comes w/original Japanese price tag attached to band, marked "Hanna-Barbera." Bands are Fine overall while rest of watch is Exc. and working. All of these Japanese Hanna-Barbera watches are rare.
