Item Description
2.5x3.25x1" deep cardboard box w/illustrated label showing "A Hit" anti-Hitler defecating firework novelty. 1940s. Box shows moderate wear w/creases and is evenly aged. VG. Comes w/pair of 1.75" tall painted white metal figurines, one hollow w/hole on rear end as produced. Figurines come w/small cardboard box of "Sooner Eggs Or Pharaoh's Serpents" pills that expand into snake-like form when lit. Lower rear of hollow Hitler figure is blackened from use as novelty was designed to appear as if Hitler was defecating. Solid figurine is painted differently than hollow. Scattered lt. paint wear. VF overall. One of the more interesting anti-Hitler novelties produced during World War II.
