Item Description
9-7/8x12.5" thin cardboard cover proof for 1958 Saalfield coloring book No. 4583. Cover features image of lion biting Superman's arm as children watch. Proof has "Authorized Edition C Proof" pencil notation on reverse. Bottom margin has slight trim, but this does not affect cover image in any way. Some corner tip wear, but still VF overall and would look great framed. Comes w/example of the finished coloring book, which has some scattered coloring throughout and shows scattered handling wear.
