11x18x1.75" deep box contains graphic target by Marks Brothers Co. (who also produced a smaller set, see following item #1608), 1930s. Both box and thick die-cut cardboard target feature same art of Mickey (who holds a rifle) and Minnie Mouse standing in front of picket fence and above them are separate targets of Mickey, Minnie, Three Little Pigs, Big Bad Wolf, Clarabelle Cow and Pluto. Box is complete w/original cardboard inserts. Box lid has had glue repairs to corner/edges w/added cardboard reinforcements inside corners. Lid shows moderate edge wear w/.5" spot of missing surface paper at bottom center of main panel. Box bottom has also had cardboard reinforcements added to inside corners. 1.75" side panel tear. Box is VG overall. Game comes w/die-cut target complete w/pair of wood braces to hold it in place inside box bottom. Big Bad Wolf and Clarabelle targets both have some creasing and Mickey has minor crease. Pluto has area where surface paper has lifted from cardboard, but surface is not broken. Appearance remains bright and glossy. Fine/VF. Game is complete w/14" long generic Daisy pop gun w/wooden stock and metal barrel as well as four small corks as issued. Scarce.
