John Byrne and Terry Austin cover and art. Issue #142 (Feb. 1981) features "deaths" of alternate future Wolverine, Storm and Colossus. Sentinels, Robert Kelly and Brotherhood of Evil Mutants appearance. Terry Austin cover and art w/additional art by John Byrne. Both have white pages.
