6.25" long tin litho with built-in key by Alps, Japan. 1950s. Toy has interesting action, scoots along floor, stops, handlebars raise up to bring clown almost on his head and back down again. Meanwhile, rod on bottom raises and turns it around in a different direction to repeat the action. Box has fading on lid, tears on corners, creases, all four corners loose with tape residue from old repairs. Good. Has some scattered scratches and paint nicks. VF.
