Pair of 2.5x2.5x.75" deep tin litho banks w/classic image of Superman breaking chains while three sides feature "Superman" comic book title logo. Reverse has black metal design w/sliding trap door. c. 1940 © DC. Superman is depicted w/fleshtone hands and face, a variety was also produced w/these areas in white.
