5.5" tall painted tin with built-in key we believe to be German by Gunthermann. Works with action moving forward and quickly turning and going in another direction. White areas of face have several spots of missing paint and a small dent around his eye. Largest area at eye is .5x.25" long. Spot of black paint on white area of face 3/8" long and 1/8" wide. Rest of front has moderate paint wear. Back of toy has more prevalent paint wear, however this somewhat blends as body of toy has darkened with age underneath the missing paint. Slight oxidation around base of tail. VG. First we've offered of this rare wind-up toy.
