8.5" tall tin litho with built-in key by Marx. Mortimer holds gift box and bouquet of flowers. Toy is working. He wobbles back and forth and his hat goes up and down. ©1939 McCarthy Incorporated. Toy has some paint rubs, few on face and larger .5x.5" on front of jacket. Scattered paint nicks. Fine.
