Item Description
39x60". Produced by the "Sweeney Lithography Company in Belleville, NJ". Features a left facing circular portrait of Al Smith accented by vivid patriotic colors. Retains original wooden rods at top and bottom held on by a pair of nails at top and five tacks at bottom as part of a vintage repair. Faint and scattered toning most notably in "Smith" and an oval area at bottom center that is about 1.5x3". Otherwise only a few scattered stress lines in fabric w/most notable being a 3" long vertical on Smith's forehead. VG. A striking example that displays beautifully.
