Item Description
3.25x5" tan card with traces of pale blue. Front has type-written name on line provided plus a stamped "18178" individual Safety Ranger number. Card back has secret code of alphabet letters plus instructions for use including "Butter-Nut" as example word. Back has tiny 1938 copyright. Probably once pale blue all over but other than fade, still Mint.
