Item Description
Pair of 3.75x4.25" zippered leather change purses. Aristocrat Leather Products, Inc. c. 1950s. Both feature same illustration of Li'l Abner, Daisy Mae and many Shmoos on front w/two Shmoos on back. Purses feature zippered center section w/snap sides. Green wallet shows heavy wear to largest Shmoo image on back, w/most gone. VG/Fine overall. Red purse is Exc. Scarce pair. Comes w/8.25x11" retailer's promotional sheet featuring these change purses as well as other items by this company (see following lot #1097). Sheet has even lt. aging and 6.75" corner crease. Fine.
