1" tall unmarked but probably from the firm Cohn & Rosenberger. Done in silver luster with black and yellow enamel paint. Couple tiny dots of silver off his face, the outer edge of his extended hand and one shoe. The only obvious missing dot is on the shoe and the rest of the piece has nice silvery luster with nearly all the enamel paint remaining. We've had a few similar before but don't recall the version in yellow. VF.
