Item Description
5.25" tall painted figural toothbrush holder. Made in Japan for the Australian market. Unauthorized but 1930s. Has opening on left side upper body area for placement of toothbrush. Designed w/flat back and small hole as made so it could be wall-mounted or used free-standing. Moderate aging to toothbrush hole and scattered dust soiling. VF overall. Rare. Comes w/5-5/8" long plastic toothbrush w/double-sided figural Mickey Mouse end. This is scarcer figural style made by Henry L. Hughes in the 1930s. Scattered aging w/wear to bristles. Fine. Neat pair to display together.
