Item Description
11x14" screen-printed lobby sign on thin cardboard used to promote Mickey Mouse animated shorts added to the feature presentation as an added value for the ticket buyer. These hung in theater lobby along w/other lobby cards for the feature films. c. 1940. Sign features great full figure image of Mickey w/bold "Extra! Mickey Mouse Cartoon" text. Some lt. scattered margin aging/wear w/streak of moisture staining along bottom margin. Still displays VF overall. Rare and first we've seen in our 50 years.
