1-1/8x2-3/8x5-3/4" box. ©Walter Lantz. 1940s. Insert has illustration and directions for "Woody Woodpecker/Time Teacher." Two .25" tears at opening where watch was originally attached to insert. Box contains Ingraham guarantee and instructions. 2" long original tag with Woody image and ©WLP. 7.5" long original vinyl on leather band holds watch. Very rare boxed and in this condition.
