Item Description
1-13/16" tall completely figural depiction of Uncle Sam seated in a chair holding the full figure of Tojo over his knees and with his right arm raised ready to smack Tojo's rear end with a hairbrush. Reverse has hinged vertical pin and top center has "Sterling" stamped in small letters. Exc. and the only example we've seen.
