Item Description
Buttons are 7/8" to 2.5". Group begins with all celluloid advertising novelty from early 1900s by W&H. There are six individual pointed celluloid toothpicks each of which swivels independently on a rivet. One side advertises "The Goebel Brewing Co., Detroit, U.S.A." with text on the other side "Goebel's Malt Extract Liquid Food." First we've seen. Second is button with text in German that translates to "God's Sustaining-Hops And Malts." Center logo shows various tools used by a brewer. Slightest fade of the blue color at bottom but totally clean. Third is a pin holding a celluloid flip with large question mark design on one side and the words "What Made Milwaukee Famous" with the answer provided by flipping up the disk to reveal the world globe carrying a "Schlitz" banner. Other items are for Pabst, Milwaukee/Pfeiffer's/Krueger/Chester Beer Is Here/Falstaff. Tiny age mark on the rim of Pabst plus very slight fading with the other items all Exc. to Mint except as noted.
