Item Description
1.25" scarce button with slogans "Remember Pearl Harbor/Keep 'Em Flying!" Second item is 3.5" long celluloid barrel with rubber eraser. Blue end pulls out and holds a small lead pencil that gets inserted into the tube for writing purposes. Barrel features cartoon of Uncle Sam having knocked out Hitler and ready to take on Tojo with caption below "Now-You'll Remember Pearl Harbor!" Barrel carries name of a business in Konger, Minn. Eraser was probably used a little but otherwise essentially Mint. In the Sports small collectibles section, see the two buttons (#852-853) for the 1942 Rose Bowl which was moved to North Carolina from California due to Pearl Harbor attack.
