Item Description
11x20.5" red felt stocking w/silkscreen design on front including "Merry Christmas From Donald Duck, Pluto, Mickey Mouse, Elmer Elephant, Ferdinand, Happy, Dopey, Doc." Names features images related to characters' names, w/Donald having duck footprint, Elmer having generic elephant image, etc. The three Dwarfs do not have images by their names. Mickey is only character w/portrait image. From 1938 and most likely a department store giveaway/prize rather than an item sold in stores. Entire stocking has noticeably faded, w/front being more moderate in nature. Top left has neat 10" stitched repair to seam. Majority of silkscreen design remains, all text/images remaining distinct. VG/Fine. Scarce.
