Item Description
Items range from 7/8" up to 6" button for "B-1 Lemon-Lime Soda." 80% of the items are from the 1940s or earlier. Most are pinbacks with the following exceptions- In the first photo, row 2, is a celluloid device to calculate drill speeds. Also in first photo at far right and bottom is a string tie with logo of American Motorcycle Association issued for 1956 Gypsy Tour. In the second photo row 3 #3 and all items in row 4 are paperweight mirrors. A few items of special interest are PRR railroad logo for 1916 "Billy Sunday Night." Also in photo 1 is trigate for 1898 bicycle race in Massachusetts at Charles River Park. There are matching cello and litho buttons for Ringling Bros./Barnum & Bailey Circus and six buttons for 1939 New York World's Fair. In photo 2, ten items relate to gasoline, oil or coal. Most items Exc. to Mint with a few exceptions-  Photo 1 Hire's button with age dots on edge, photo 1 Spalding Bicycles & Athletic Supplies mirror with dark rim stain and photo 2 button showing General Patton has small flake of cello off lower right edge.
