Item Description
12" long. Wooden key painted gold w/jugate silk ribbon attached as bow and three silk bands reading: "Home Industry," "Protective Tariff" and "Gold Standard." Painted on the key at top is "Washington DC" and additional text at bottom "March 4th, 1897." Trivial handling wear. NM. A really spectacular artifact from the Ron Koot Collection.
