5" long w/ 1.75" cello. attached under collet. Text on ribbon quotes "Washington" and reads "There Should Be No North, No South, No East, No West, but a common Country." Tiny 1/8" hole affecting the lower right edge of the blue ribbon that is concealed by the natural fold. Extremely Fine w/cello remaining NM. Scarce. Ron Koot Collection.
