Item Description
8" tall (12" tall to top of raised handle) tin litho. Ohio Art, 1930s. Nice wraparound scene depicts Minnie Mouse in broken down car, Mickey Mouse shown attempting repair w/him looking under the hood. Donald Duck stands behind car and points. Some scattered aging/wear to exterior, w/.25" spot of oxidation on Donald's raised hand. Rim and handle wear includes some scattered oxidation. Interior also has scattered oxidation. Technically VG/Fine, though exterior still displays VF. Book example from Doug & Pat Wengel's book "Comic Character Metal Sand Toys." Rare and only the third example we've offered in our 50 years.
