8.25" tall. c. 1930s. Japanese. All celluloid detailed figure. Head designed to move up and down about .5" on his neck as he vibrates around on his feet with both arms swinging freely. The action on this one works only when operator turns key backwards while holding. Surface dust on white hat. Overall VF and Scarce. Comes with key.
