29" long not including 3.5" streamers. Graphic of donkey at left inscribed "Roosevelt". Some minor paint separations w/all but a 1/8x1/2" section of the "I" in "Phila." remaining flat. Otherwise only light soiling of felt consistent w/age and light use. VF. Scarce. Leon Rowe Collection.
