5" long ribbon for an election day "Watcher" in New York state with added text "Vote Under This Emblem" and showing party symbol bull moose in a square. Named are Roosevelt, Johnson, Straus, Davenport. Oscar Straus was Progressive candidate for Governor and Frederick M. Davenport was Progressive candidate for Lt. Governor. Vertically through the second "O" of "Moose" is a barely seen .5" stress separation. Exc. and displays NM.
