Item Description
3.75" tall in dark bronze metal joined by rwb ribbon. Top two bars read "Centennial/Inaugural" with obverse of medal suspension picturing GW with rim text "Geo. Washington First President Of The U.S. 1789". Reverse of ribbon carries name of maker "Wm. FriederichWashington, D.C. Pat. Feb. 1889" and we do not recall seeing this on other examples. Back of medal has jugate of "Harrison And Morton 1889". Tiny silver dot rub on GW's eyebrow. NM.
