10x14.75". First edition dated January 8,1937 of "Spanish News The Organ Of The Friends Of The Spanish Republic." Cover story titled "Madrid- A Stone Wall Germans And Italians Hurl Themselves Against It In Vain" w/photo of "General Kleber." One vertical and three horizontal folds w/a 1" horizontal separation at center horizontal fold. Otherwise only light age toning. Extremely Fine. We could only locate three examples of any edition and no examples of this first edition in WorldCat. Rare. Ted Watts Collection.
