14x20" litho on thin paper. Features a photo of Lyndon Johnson holding one of his dogs by the ears as a group of aides look on. Additional text at top reads "He Who Meddles In A Quarrel Not His Own Is Like One Who Takes A Passing Dog By The Ears Proverbs 26:17."
