Item Description
Group begins with eight "Enjoy-Coca-Cola 'Safe Driver' Awards". Each reverse has a needle post and clutch. Each indicates the number of years and includes those for: One, Three, Five, Six, Seven, Eight, Eleven, Twenty. Each is 5/8" wide. All NM to Mint. Next are a pair of empty boxes, each 6" long which held a Dur-O-Lite Pencil. There is also a 5" mechanical pencil c. 1940s with barrel that appears to be made of celluloid impressed in red "Greenwood Coca-Cola Bottling Co." Couple of small dark marks on the celluloid but VG and working. Next is a 3.75" empty box that held a "Coca-Cola Patented Bottle Lite." The last Coke item is a push button pen with text "Enjoy Diet Coke." The remaining items are all from Pepsi-Cola and group begins with original carton and the fountain pen that came with it. One end flap is missing from the carton but still in clean condition. On the pen cap the figural metal clip in the shape of a bottle has obvious paint wear but the rest of the pen remains quite clean. Blue color on the cap is a lighter shade than the blue color on the barrel holding the pen point. We believe this is as issued. The remaining eight pens are combination plastic and metal with various Pepsi logos and slogans. There is also a single pinback button 2-1/8" square. While the ink has mostly dried out in the pens they are otherwise in Fine or better condition.
