Gorcey (1917-1969) was an actor who became famous for portraying the leader of groups of young hooligans known variously as the Dead End Kids, The East Side Kids and as an adult, The Bowery Boys. Book tells Gorcey's life story and was published two years prior to his death from liver failure due to alcoholism. DJ is unclipped and shows just lt. wear. VF. Book itself is Exc.
